Playing with mud.

The ceramic process has been a profound journey, teaching me humility, grace, and patience—qualities for which I am incredibly grateful. Creating something with your hands, whether for personal use or as a gift for someone special, is to me, what encapsulates the real purpose of having a craft overall. Picasso crafted art for the world to see, Virgil Abloh crafted fashion for the world to wear, Sofia Coppola crafted films for the world to watch, and Beyoncé crafted music for the world to dance to.

Studio Lam is the name of my ceramics practice, with “LAM” serving as a signature acknowledging the sacrifices my parents and brothers made in shaping me into who I am today. Thanks to them, I can revel in a life where I mold clay and create pieces that decorate the homes of people from all over the world. This is what brings me immense joy and I hope sharing it with you brings some joy into your life too!

New ceramics site coming ~hopefully~ soon!!!
